Prenatal Education Classes

You are invited to participate in a fun and creative approach to Childbirth Education.

These classes will prepare you and your coach for a rewarding birth experience. The class covers breathing and relaxation techniques, methods of induction/augmentation of labor, comfort measures, options in labor, what to expect during and after labor and delivery, cesarean births, infant characteristics, infant care, and options in feeding your child.
